REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because every item in our shop is made-to-order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. We recommend checking the size guide on each listing before ordering.
That said — if something's wrong with your order, we want to make it right.
We offer replacements or refunds for:
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted
Orders that arrive with the wrong item, size, or color
Items lost in transit (per carrier confirmation)
How to request a replacement or refund:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
A brief description of the problem
We'll respond within 2 business days and get a replacement shipped or a refund processed as quickly as possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of being processed.
